Self check-in
Patient self check-in that marks arrival on the appointment itself.
Patients verify who they are and which appointment they are here for, before they reach the desk. Arrival is marked on the appointment. Nobody re-enters a name.
The queue at reception is mostly people saying their name and phone number to someone who types it into a register. MedOS self check-in moves that step onto the patient’s own phone. They open a branded page from a QR at the door, a link sent with the reminder, or a button on your website, verify their number with an OTP, and confirm the appointment they are here for.
The visit moves on the board the moment they do. Because check-in is tied to the booking rather than to a new form, there is nothing to reconcile later: the same appointment carries the arrival, the consultation and the payment.
What you get
- Three ways in
- A check-in button on your site, a printable QR for the door, and a shared link on WhatsApp.
- OTP-verified
- Patients confirm their phone number, so an arrival is always attached to the right person.
- Live on the board
- The desk sees the visit move to ongoing, with the patient’s own screen showing “live now”.
- Branded to your clinic
- Your name and location on every screen. Patients are in your practice, not in a third-party app.

Online through Razorpay, or with the payment QR your clinic already has at reception. Both are part of the same patient payment step, and both settle in the clinic’s own account.
