MedOS lets a psychologist sell prepaid session packs up front, track every remaining session, and book each week’s visit against the pack. That is why The Mind Veda in New Delhi runs on it.
Online sessions get a Google Meet link on confirmation. Reminders go out on WhatsApp with nothing clinical in them. Consultation notes are written against the visit and protected by role: reception sees the appointment and the balance, not the notes. The patient sees their own sessions, live status and next appointment on their phone, OTP-verified.
