Integrations

MedOS works with the tools your clinic already uses.

Reminders go out from your own WhatsApp number, appointments land in Google Calendar, video links come from Meet or Zoom, and payments go to your own account.

A clinic system that replaces every tool at once rarely gets adopted. MedOS connects to the ones a practice already has. The clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business number, so confirmations and reminders come from the clinic rather than an unknown sender, using message templates approved by Meta. Each practitioner can connect Google Calendar, and online visits can carry Google Meet or Zoom links.

Payments go to the clinic’s own Razorpay account or its own payment QR, so MedOS never holds the money. For anything else, the Developer API lets your own backend book, reschedule and cancel appointments, run queue tokens and manage patients, and the JavaScript SDK puts MedOS booking on any website, both documented at docs.medos.one.
