Google Calendar

Clinic scheduling that stays in sync with each practitioner’s Google Calendar.

Connect the Google account your practice already uses and map each calendar to one practitioner. Appointments and availability move in both directions.

Practitioners live in Google Calendar. Practices that adopt clinic software and then keep typing every appointment into Google as well end up with two calendars that disagree. MedOS treats Google Calendar as part of the system: each connected calendar belongs to exactly one practitioner, and unassigned calendars stay out.

Appointments made in MedOS appear on the practitioner’s Google Calendar with the patient linked. Events on that calendar, a hospital round or a personal block, take the slot out of availability so patients only see times that are actually free. When an event is moved or removed in Google, MedOS marks the appointment for a decision and keeps its original time until someone chooses.

What you get

One account, many calendars
Connect a workspace account once and assign its calendars to practitioners individually.
Availability follows Google
Busy events block slots in the booking widget and at the desk.
Appointments reach Google
Every MedOS appointment shows on the practitioner’s calendar, with the patient linked.
Attention, not automation
Changes made in Google are flagged for a decision rather than silently moving the visit.

Google Calendar

Your calendar and MedOS stay in sync.

Connect the Google account your practice already uses and map each calendar to a practitioner. Appointments, availability and updates are kept in sync in both directions, which prevents double bookings and the duplicate typing that comes with running two calendars.
