Admin & setup
Set up the practice once: staff, roles, rooms and your existing patients.
The settings a practice needs on day one and rarely touches after: who can see what, where patients are seen, and the patients you already have.
Staff join by invitation and get a role. MedOS ships with admin, doctor, staff, allied professional, pharmacist and pharmacy assistant roles, and a workspace can add its own roles with exactly the permissions it wants. Permissions are enforced on every screen and route, so reception does not see consultation notes.
Existing patients come in from an Excel or CSV file. Large files upload in parts with progress shown, and rows that cannot be read are reported rather than silently dropped. Rooms are set up per location and assigned to in-clinic appointments. A room cannot be given to two overlapping visits, even by two staff at once.
The rest is arrangement: the order practitioners appear in on the board and in booking, the calendar colours, clinic policies, and a notification centre in the app. A get-started checklist walks a new workspace through setup.
