Therapy, wellness and rehab clinics often talk to a prospect before booking a first visit. MedOS treats that as its own flow. The clinic sets the windows when discovery calls can be booked, the fee (free, or a fee with a separate international price), and whether the call is by phone or Google Meet. The call shows up as an entry on the clinic’s booking page.

The prospect verifies their phone or email by OTP and picks a slot. They are a prospect, not a patient, so your patient list stays clean. A booked call blocks the assigned person’s time, so the same slot cannot be booked for a visit. Paid calls use the same online payment or clinic QR as appointments.

Calls move across a board from requested to scheduled, in progress and done. Staff assign each call, record the outcome and notes, and import the prospect as a patient when they decide to go ahead. MedOS checks for an existing patient first, and a person confirms every match.
